💼 About This Role

You'll lead client onboarding for Sardine's fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations and designing solutions. Your core impact is ensuring smooth, successful deployments for 300+ banks and fintechs. This role offers hands-on work with APIs and SDK documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud/compliance products
• Guide clients through end-to-end onboarding with technical support
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, and integration guides
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Sardine technology

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience as implementation manager or similar role
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS for payment/fraud/risk/compliance domain
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with APIs (OpenAPI), web development, and scripting (Python, Bash)
