You'll own end-to-end technical recruiting at Comulate, scaling the engineering team from early hires to a world-class organization. You'll shape the recruiting process and define culture as we grow. This role offers the chance to build high-impact teams in a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute end-to-end hiring process as a full-cycle recruiter
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and build job requirements
• Drive initial screenings and filter candidates for hiring managers
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical roles
• Proven ability to engage and close passive candidates
• Experience establishing recruiting metrics and KPIs
