You'll lead the people strategy for Go-to-Market teams in Brazil, acting as a strategic bridge between business goals and people success. π― What You'll Do
- Partner with GTM, Marketing, Legal, and Finance leadership on talent needs.
- Manage full recruitment cycle from profile definition to final offer.
- Provide consultative support on people management and performance metrics.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract local talent.
π Requirements
- 8+ years in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles.
- Proven experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR.
- Experience managing full recruitment cycle for commercial and corporate roles in Brazil.

- Basic proficiency in Spanish or desire to learn.
- Experience in Employer Branding strategies.
- Analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python.
