🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with GTM, Marketing, Legal, and Finance leadership on talent needs.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from profile definition to final offer.
  • Provide consultative support on people management and performance metrics.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract local talent.

  • 8+ years in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR.
  • Experience managing full recruitment cycle for commercial and corporate roles in Brazil.
