• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members.

• Ensure hospital compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness.
• Drive hospital performance to achieve financial targets.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience overseeing teams of 50+ and recruiting.
• Financial management experience including full P&L oversight.
• Operations management experience including inventory and facility management.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
