Description
You will build, scale, and lead a consulting and delivery business focused on revenue management solutions within the MediSpend platform. You'll combine strategic leadership, client engagement, product expertise, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years in life sciences revenue cycle management or related consulting
- 7+ years in a leadership role managing teams and client engagements
- Strong knowledge of revenue management processes (contract modeling, reimbursement, payer strategy)
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in SaaS, pharmaceutical industry, or consulting firms preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic vision for Revenue Management business
- Lead client engagements as executive sponsor, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Partner with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies and pre-sales
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and subject matter experts
- Influence product roadmap based on client needs and industry trends
