You'll own full-cycle hiring for Brain Co.'s Engineering teams, partnering with leadership to attract world-class AI talent. You'll design and drive a strategic recruiting engine, from sourcing and brand narrative to offer negotiation. This isn't a req-filler role — you'll directly shape the caliber of a high-impact applied AI team backed by leading investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, Product, and Platform roles
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and interview processes
• Drive candidate experience reflecting speed and mission-driven culture
• Build market maps and data-driven sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Engineering or technical role recruiting experience
• Experience hiring AI/ML Engineers or Product/Infra Engineers
• Strong storytelling ability to translate technical work into compelling narratives
