Description

You will own payroll compliance for your country or region, translating complex local legislation into scalable processes and product requirements. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to embed compliance into Remote's global payroll platform, lead audits, and drive systemic improvements.

• Deep expertise in payroll and employment compliance for your country/region
• Proven record leading audits, regulatory reviews, or compliance programs
• Experience partnering with technical teams to convert statutory rules into product requirements
• Strong communicator capable of influencing stakeholders across departments
• Systems thinker who designs frameworks, documentation, and controls that scale

• Lead investigations and incident resolution as primary escalation point
