Description

You will own and scale Alo Yoga's international business across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, driving strategy and hands-on execution to accelerate global growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Senior Director+ level experience owning a P&L or business segment
• Strategic generalist with strong analytical capabilities
• Operationally minded with a track record of driving measurable business impact
• Experience influencing cross-functionally across merchandising, marketing, digital, and operations
• Global mindset with experience in Americas, Europe, Middle East, and/or Asia

Responsibilities

• Own weekly international business reporting and performance tracking
• Drive P&L management to grow revenue and improve profitability
• Partner on retention, lifecycle, and customer acquisition strategy
• Coordinate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, digital operations, and regional retail
• Develop market-level strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
