💼 About This Role

You'll drive Agicap's indirect revenue growth in Italy by activating and managing a portfolio of strategic partners including accounting firms and financial consultants. You'll be both a sales hunter activating new partners and a relationship builder growing signed partnerships. This early-stage role offers high impact in a fast-growing European fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential partners across accounting and consulting sectors.
  • Deliver compelling demos of the Agicap partnership program.
  • Negotiate partnership contracts end-to-end with legal teams.
  • Onboard and coach partners to become effective distributors of Agicap.
  • Plan co-marketing activities like webinars and events.

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent or native Italian with full professional English proficiency.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with strategic decision-makers.

  • Existing network within the Italian accounting, financial advisory, or ERP ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, or fintech solutions.
  • Creative and consultative selling approach with strong closing instincts.
