💼 About This Role

You'll help scale Coupa's platforms as we expand, finding the right balance between consolidated codebase and microservices. You'll collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features and solve complex problems creatively. You'll also mentor others and review designs across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale Coupa platforms by balancing consolidated and microservice architectures
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features
• Mentor others and review designs and implementations
• Break down information systematically for complex problems

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in data architecture with complex SQL and NoSQL systems
• Deep experience managing and scaling Snowflake environments
• Building and managing ETL/ELT processes using AWS/GCP Glue and cloud jobs
• Proficiency in handling and optimizing columnar storage formats like Parquet

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark/Hadoop/AirFlow
• Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) processes
• Experience implementing medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
