You'll lead the design of optical transceiver products for data center and AI applications, defining specifications and developing comprehensive system models. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead optical transceiver product design from concept to implementation.
• Define specs and develop end-to-end optical system models including DSP.
• Perform signal integrity analysis and simulate digital equalization techniques.
• Correlate simulation models with experimental data at module and component levels.

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related field.
• Experience with transceiver design and high-speed optical communication systems.
• Proficiency in modeling optoelectronic components using VPIphotonics, MATLAB, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed optical component measurements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with direct-detection and coherent optical communication architectures.
• Knowledge of advanced DSP techniques like FFE/DFE.
• Experience with modeling impairments in high-speed optical links.
