Description

As a Data/Business Intelligence ACE, you will join Access Holdings' Digital ACE program to design data dashboards, build predictive models, and drive operational efficiency for portfolio company Zeus Fire & Security. You'll work with senior executives to deliver business insights through data analysis and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business; Master's Degree in Data Science required
• 2-4 years of professional experience in business or data analysis, preferably in a technical environment
• Exceptional project management skills
• Passion for learning emerging data tools
• Strong communication skills, particularly in translating quantitative work to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability and interest in working in a small, entrepreneurial team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of databases and API integrations
• Basic familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business systems
• Basic comprehension of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Deploy Pulse use cases including data platform implementation, building management dashboards, maintaining data quality, and automated reporting
• Build data-driven understanding of customers and competitors through collection and synthesis of exogenous data sources
• Ensure executive team has timely visibility to internal performance data to monitor business and course-correct
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify best practices
• Build predictive models for revenue forecasting, churn prevention, and cross-sell
• Report directly to COO and collaborate with CIO to deliver business insights through data analysis
• Communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences including Founders, CEOs, senior stakeholders
• Establish proficiency in Access digital tools and drive broader adoption
