💼 About This Role

You'll drive research strategy and lead development of our in-house Sonar models for SOTA online LLM experience. Your core impact will be scaling model performance using our unique query/answer dataset. This role offers the opportunity to shape multi-modal research direction across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define macro research direction across multiple modalities
• Mentor and coach a team of AI research scientists
• Post-train SOTA LLMs using cutting-edge RL techniques
• Optimize data, training, and evaluation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in technical leadership
• Computer Science graduate degree from premier institution
• Deep expertise with large-scale LLMs and Deep Learning systems
• Experience with pre-training and post-training techniques (SFT/DPO/GRPO/PPO)

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in Machine Learning or related areas
• Experience with agent-based AI systems and multi-modal models
• Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences
