💼 About This Role

You'll review and process complex account workflows for a fast-moving brokerage operations team at Robinhood. Your core impact is ensuring accurate, compliant handling of customer account activity across onboarding, maintenance, and asset movements. This role stands out for its focus on precision and accountability in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and process account cases across onboarding, maintenance, restrictions, and asset movements
• Handle complex scenarios like estates, powers of attorney, and divorce-related distributions
• Investigate and resolve escalations from Customer Experience, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to workflows, tools, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• Strong analytical skills to interpret policies and regulatory requirements
• Experience in brokerage account operations such as KYC/CIP, maintenance, or asset transfers
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet service level and quality targets

✨ Nice to Have

• Series 24 license preferred
• Experience with estates and legal account scenarios
