💼 About This Role

You'll support enterprise demand planning by developing and maintaining product-level forecasts using ERP tools. You'll collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence and ensure accurate demand signals flow into the S&OP process. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using ERP and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence and promotional plans.
• Participate in monthly S&OP review, preparing inputs and variance analyses.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of forecast error.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of demand planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems required; INFOR/SyteLine highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification.
