You'll own enterprise information security, compliance, and business continuity across Crete and its member firms. You'll build standardized security controls and governance in a federated model, enabling rapid M&A integration. This role offers the chance to shape a $500M AI-driven growth strategy and lead security transformation across 45+ accounting firms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year security strategy and roadmap across federated firms
• Establish security policy framework and minimum control baseline
• Lead security M&A diligence and post-close integration playbooks
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and third-party MDR/SOC providers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security
• 3+ years leading and developing security teams
• Demonstrated M&A, private equity, or roll-up experience
• Hands-on Azure and Microsoft security experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional services experience, especially accounting or CPA firm
• Security certifications like CISSP
• Experience with NIST CSF, CIS, SOC 2 Type II
• Experience managing business continuity programs
