🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows and automations for creative generation.
• Develop systems for scalable creative variations across paid, owned, and emerging channels.
• Calibrate AI solutions to produce assets resonating with the audience.
• Use API integrations to source imagery and populate web pages programmatically.

📋 Requirements

• Up to three years of combined professional experience, including internships.
• Strong interest in creative production, design systems, or content workflows.
• Comfort working in Python and/or JavaScript for automation.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools for text, image, or video generation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with social platform APIs (Meta, Google) or creative tooling APIs (Figma, Adobe, Canva).
• Exposure to CTV, performance marketing, or SEO.
• Strong bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
