You'll manage a portfolio of employer group accounts for Flex, HRA, and HSA programs, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Your core impact is ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership while supporting business growth. You'll oversee the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewals, collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of employer group accounts for Flex, HRA, and HSA programs.
• Serve as primary liaison for plan sponsors, brokers, and internal teams.
• Oversee day-to-day account management including plan design and renewals.
• Ensure accurate delivery of reporting, funding, and reimbursement processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years of account management in TPA, insurance, or employee benefits.
• Strong knowledge of self-funded health plans and consumer-directed benefits.
• Proven experience building relationships with brokers and employer group executives.

• Experience with Alegeus benefits administration platform.
• Active state insurance license.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
