You'll build the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI company, owning the People function from HRIS to employee lifecycle to performance infrastructure. Your work will directly shape how a ~100-person team scales to a global, multi-hundred-person company. You'll design AI-native workflows and automate repetitive tasks from day one.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Evaluate and select HRIS platform for scaling needs
- Own employee data infrastructure and analytics
- Design and run onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Serve as day-to-day people partner for managers
๐ Requirements
- 6-9+ years in People Ops or HR at a high-growth tech company
- Experience evaluating and selecting HRIS platforms
- Built processes from scratch rather than maintained them
- Strong data skills to build reports and spot insights

- Experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations
- Comfortable with AI tools and automation
- Low tolerance for repetitive manual work
