You'll build the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI company, owning the People function from HRIS to employee lifecycle to performance infrastructure. Your work will directly shape how a ~100-person team scales to a global, multi-hundred-person company. You'll design AI-native workflows and automate repetitive tasks from day one.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and select HRIS platform for scaling needs
  • Own employee data infrastructure and analytics
  • Design and run onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Serve as day-to-day people partner for managers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-9+ years in People Ops or HR at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience evaluating and selecting HRIS platforms
  • Built processes from scratch rather than maintained them
  • Strong data skills to build reports and spot insights

  • Experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations
  • Comfortable with AI tools and automation
  • Low tolerance for repetitive manual work
