You'll lead the evolution of our upstream layer, redesigning how products are built with AI Agents and automated workflows. You'll accelerate product discovery using generative AI while establishing solid governance and educating the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design AI agents to automate product routines like feedback triage and requirement generation.
• Use generative AI to optimize Discovery, accelerating research and rapid prototyping.
• Establish governance and ethics guidelines for AI use in the product team.
• Conduct training for product team and stakeholders on AI operations.
• Integrate AI tools for data-driven backlog prioritization.

📋 Requirements

• Product management experience with complex digital products, preferably e-commerce.
• Generative AI expertise with LLMs, automation tools, and prompt libraries.
• Strong upstream discovery skills to enhance productivity without sacrificing analytical quality.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts for business stakeholders and train teams of varying seniority.
