You'll manage social channels for a global FMCG brand, ensuring community engagement and content excellence. Partnering with a creative in-house agency team, you'll drive strategy and innovation.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage paid campaign posts across 3 Instagram and 8 Facebook pages
- Develop channel-specific strategies and editorial guidelines
- Review, respond to, and moderate customer posts and messages
- Produce monthly social dashboard benchmarking performance
π Requirements
- 3+ years of Community Management experience at B2C brand or agency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Liberal Arts
- Fluent Polish and business level English
- Proficient in social management tools like Brand24, Meta platforms

- Experience with wine and spirits portfolio
- Influencer identification and partnership skills
