You'll own and drive hiring across key non-clinical care teams as a player-coach, leading a team of recruiters while staying close to execution. You'll partner with hiring managers to scope roles, align on profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own hiring outcomes for assigned areas of the non-clinical care team.
• Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contract resources.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and functional leaders to scope roles.
• Use data and process improvements to monitor performance and scale recruiting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth or high-volume environments.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters or contractors.
• Experience hiring for operations, customer-facing, or care delivery roles at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
