You'll own and drive hiring across key non-clinical care teams as a player-coach, leading a team of recruiters while staying close to execution. You'll partner with hiring managers to scope roles, align on profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes. This role integrates AI tools and automation into recruiting to increase team efficiency and capacity.
π― What You'll Do
- Own hiring outcomes for assigned areas of the non-clinical care team.
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contract resources.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and functional leaders to scope roles.
- Use data and process improvements to monitor performance and scale recruiting.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth or high-volume environments.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters or contractors.
- Experience hiring for operations, customer-facing, or care delivery roles at scale.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

- Experience operating in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Comfortable using data and metrics to manage pipeline health.
