• Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery across strategic accounts
• Serve as senior pre-sales partner for scoping and proposals
• Own managed services delivery model with SLAs and KPIs
• Guide account strategy to maximize customer value and retention
• Champion AI integration into workflows for efficiency and scale

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading managed or professional services in healthcare/life sciences
• Hands-on business analytics experience in biopharma with commercial data
• Strong consultative instincts and executive-level presentation skills
• Proven ability to drive customer usage and retention through strategic planning
