💼 About This Role

You'll design and build foundational backend services for Brain Co.'s AI platform, working on real-world AI applications for governments and healthcare systems. You'll take end-to-end ownership of systems that impact millions of people and critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build core backend services and data pipelines
• Ensure system correctness, fault tolerance, and observability
• Architect modular REST, gRPC, and event-driven APIs
• Optimize system latency, throughput, and cost efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems in production
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals
• Deep proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Rust, or Python
• Experience operating APIs and services at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or inference systems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment
• Exposure to multi-tenant or regulated environments
