💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a Business Analyst on the SURVEIL-X team, delivering trade surveillance and compliance solutions to financial institutions. You'll drive client engagements from requirements to UAT, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build expertise in capital markets compliance and trade surveillance regulations. This role offers the chance to work with a global leader in financial crime prevention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage directly with clients to resolve configuration issues and support UAT.
• Identify and propose product enhancements within SURVEIL-X frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with RD, Services, and Support teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations and prepare client-facing presentations.

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking.
• BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to NICE Actimize Compliance Suite (SURVEIL-X, AML, Fraud Detection).
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
