You'll own the systems that generate pipeline using AI-powered marketing infrastructure and signal-based prospecting at scale. You'll drive growth loops across organic, paid, and lifecycle marketing while running 4-6 experiments per month to systematize what works.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate AI agents for marketing workflows
• Build outbound engines using Clay, Apollo, and RB2B
• Own lifecycle marketing and 1:many ABM campaigns
• Run 4-6 marketing experiments per month with clear hypotheses

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in growth marketing or revenue ops at B2B SaaS
• Genuine fluency with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Experience with modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot
• Quantitative mindset with funnel and attribution analysis
