You'll drive net-new business for our Flex Pay BNPL product, building strategic partnerships with enterprise and mid-market merchants. Your work will directly expand our footprint in the buy-now-pay-later space and accelerate revenue growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise and mid-market merchants.
  • Own end-to-end contract negotiation for new opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offering.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership in BNPL or payments.
  • Deep understanding of BNPL landscape, payment tech, and e-commerce.
  • Track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets in competitive market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience with PSPs and digital wallets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
