๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive net-new business for our Flex Pay BNPL product, building strategic partnerships with enterprise and mid-market merchants. Your work will directly expand our footprint in the buy-now-pay-later space and accelerate revenue growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise and mid-market merchants.
- Own end-to-end contract negotiation for new opportunities.
- Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offering.
๐ Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership in BNPL or payments.
- Deep understanding of BNPL landscape, payment tech, and e-commerce.
- Track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets in competitive market.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
โจ Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
- Experience with PSPs and digital wallets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
