You'll provide direct guest services at Club Darc, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Your role involves greeting guests, resolving complaints, and enforcing venue policies as part of a live events team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entry
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Assist ADA patrons and seat guests

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
