🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small- to mid-sized project teams to meet goals and firm priorities.
• Develop project scope, schedules, fees, and clear proposals.
• Guide teams through all phases, coordinating design and technical work.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 10 years experience in the AEC industry.
• Architecture license, preferably in California.
• Experience in the Healthcare Market.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts.
• Familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar.
