Description

In this role, you will support Conga's end-to-end procurement lifecycle by operating and optimizing core procurement systems, including procurement orchestration tools, NetSuite, and Conga CLM. You'll ensure purchase requests, vendor onboarding, contracts, and approvals flow efficiently across systems, enabling business teams to move quickly while maintaining strong controls, data accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with procurement orchestration platforms and intake-to-execution workflows
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems for purchasing and vendor management
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools, ideally Conga CLM
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and system interactions across Legal, Finance, and Procurement
• Process-driven mindset with focus on data accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement operations using procurement tools for intake, approvals, and workflow routing
• Support implementation of a new intake-to-pay platform with full procurement orchestration capabilities
• Process and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and transactions in NetSuite ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Engage with business stakeholders and vendors to triage purchase requests, vendor onboarding, contract negotiation, and final contract signature
• Partner with Legal to support contract intake, review, execution, and metadata management within Conga CLM
