You'll manage the commercial pipeline for a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider, ensuring every opportunity moves efficiently from first contact to close. You'll be accountable for pipeline velocity, CRM data quality, and operational excellence across all active deals.
π― What You'll Do
- Track and manage all active opportunities in the CRM
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads for fast response
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Assist in building proposals and deal artifacts
π Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Recruiting Coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals or projects simultaneously
- Experience maintaining CRM discipline (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Professional communication skills in English
