💼 About This Role

You'll lead external communications and drive high-impact outcomes across priority markets for Elastic's Search AI Platform. You'll own global PR strategy, major campaigns, and launches to ensure product innovation translates into clear, credible narratives that build trust with developers and economic buyers. This role reports to the Head of Global Communications and collaborates across Product, Marketing, and regional teams.

• Proven experience leading global PR in a high-growth tech company
• Strong track record of driving high-impact visibility across media and channels
• Experience driving regional teams and agencies across multiple regions
• Commercial mentality understanding how communications supports growth and pipeline
