💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platform Team at Sprig to design and build scalable backend systems for AI-powered product research. Your work will directly impact customer success by enabling reliable, high-performance data ingestion and storage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and optimize event-based targeting system features
• Provide technical leadership and guide key decisions on projects
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on backend integration
• Design and develop robust backend systems for scalability and performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with platform or backend systems
• Experience with Redis, Postgres, ScyllaDB, ClickHouse, Kafka, gRPC, REST, WebSocket, or S3
• Experience with AWS and Terraform or other IAC solutions
• Write production code using Node.js, Golang, or equivalent backend language
