You'll provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, working 1:1 and in group settings. Your core impact is implementing positive behavior strategies that help children build skills and thrive. You'll be supported by a multidisciplinary team with experts in speech, music, and occupational therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior-analytic services 1:1 and in group settings
• Use positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
• Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings
• Document sessions with data collection and notes

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Skilled in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office
• Available for afternoon and evening shifts
