Description
You will lead Square's presence in Adelaide, spending most of your time in the field driving pipeline and closing deals. You'll engage local businesses through door-to-door outreach, deliver demos, and build trust-based relationships to help them grow using Square's software and hardware ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle closing sales experience with field sales
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Self-starter in fast-paced environment with business development (hunting/cold calling)
- Reliable transportation and live in market
- Collaborative team player with Salesforce experience
Responsibilities
- Spend ~80% of week in the field driving 50-60 targeted business visits weekly
- Run full-cycle self-sourced sales: lead generation, demos, and closing
- Build strong local relationships and referral strategies
- Master verticals: restaurants, retail, and services
- Maintain operational rigor in Salesforce and consistently exceed quota
