💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in Passaic County. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling with no minimums and the stability of a non-profit organization. This role offers directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school settings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide private duty nursing care to one client per shift
• Manage care for clients with TBI, SCI, COPD, or other diagnoses
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care and communicate with care team

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
• Minimum 5 months of LPN experience

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Prior home health or private duty nursing experience
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts
