💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-to-one private duty nursing for adult and pediatric clients in their homes. You'll manage full shifts with a single client, ranging from infants to geriatric patients with conditions like TBI, SCI, or COPD. This role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay with full support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 private duty nursing care in client homes
• Manage full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one client
• Monitor and document client condition and response to care

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients
• Experience with trach/vent or high acuity clients
• Prior home care or transferable hospital/LTC skills
