You'll own the day-to-day experience at our San Francisco office, ensuring the physical environment is excellent and employees feel welcomed. You'll manage facilities, front desk operations, and events as the trusted face of the workplace. This hands-on role offers the chance to build culture through hospitality and fast-paced problem-solving.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily facilities checks across all office areas.
  • Serve as front desk contact, greet employees and guests.
  • Organize physical event setups for internal events.
  • Manage office vendors and building security teams.
  • Support employee onboarding, moves, and offboarding logistics.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in a workplace or hospitality role.
  • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple workstreams.
  • Fluency with Google Workspace and Jira or similar ticketing tools.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CPR certification.
  • Experience with event coordination.
