Description
You will manage end-to-end accounts receivable for the EMEAI region, including billing, collections, and reconciliations, collaborating with finance, brand, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years AR or finance experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite desirable) and Excel
- Understanding of compliance, contracts, and financial controls
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Process high volume of sales invoices per contractual terms
- Review new contracts for data entry
- Manage letter of credit process with customers
- Collaborate with brand team on invoicing and collections
- Ensure customer account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
