You'll design and deliver high impact training programs for Customer Support and Risk teams at a leading small business banking platform. You'll translate business priorities into engaging learning experiences that prepare agents to succeed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design structured training programs for new hires and upskilling
• Create facilitator guides, presentations, and interactive activities
• Facilitate live instructor-led training sessions (virtual/in-person)
• Update training materials as products and processes evolve

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of facilitation and content creation experience
• Experience in training, facilitation, enablement or learning development
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience creating training materials (slides, guides, activities)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Customer Support, fintech, or banking
• Confidence leading interactive sessions including roleplays
• Passion for developing others
