You will architect and evolve the systems that power lifecycle marketing at Bombas, resolving tooling and data integration issues, translating marketing requirements into technical briefs, and developing a CRM tooling roadmap to scale retention sustainably.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience owning or heavily influencing CRM platforms in eCommerce environments
  • Deep experience across ESPs, CDPs, and lifecycle tooling
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Data, and Product teams
  • Systems thinker who untangles complexity and builds clarity
  • Balances technical rigor with business pragmatism

Responsibilities

  • Unblock lifecycle marketing execution by resolving tooling, data, and integration issues across Braze, Attentive, Shopify, and CDP
  • Translate marketing requirements into clear, executable technical briefs for Engineering and Data Teams
  • Own day-to-day CDP health, identity resolution, event reliability, and downstream data integrity
  • Lead migration of transactional emails into ESP and improve system reliability
  • Develop and maintain a 12–24 month CRM tooling roadmap grounded in ROI and scalability
