You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations and drive culture and engagement at a growing veterinary emergency chain. You'll empower non-clinical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide and develop non-clinical hospital teams through recruiting and coaching
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, financial reporting, and inventory
• Train team on delivering an extraordinary customer experience
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of leadership experience required; 5+ years in hospital environment preferred
• Experience with scheduling, recruiting, training, and performance management
• Advanced knowledge of computer programs and practice management software
