💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy scalable backend/cloud applications using C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes for Delinea's AI operations service GPTOps. You'll lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient cloud operations. This hybrid role in Mexico City offers a chance to shape a new office's culture and impact from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy scalable backend services using C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes
• Implement load balancing solutions for high availability and scalability
• Collaborate with CloudOps team for robust cloud operations
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in backend/cloud development with C#
• Relevant experience leading a team
• Proficiency in C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI, LLMs, MCP
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and API development
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and services (especially Azure AI Foundry) and Kubernetes
