You'll join a 2-year Fast Track Traineeship to develop into an Operations Manager at Picnic's Fulfillment Centers. You'll lead shifts, drive process improvements, and manage teams with real impact. This program offers rapid growth in a data-driven, hands-on environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise a shift team in the Fulfillment Center
• Plan, coordinate, and lead operational processes
• Identify and implement optimization projects
• Analyze data to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Practical experience in supply chain through internships
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong numerical skills and problem-solving ability
