Description

Lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering teams and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence. You'll own enablement strategy, develop workshops and materials, and serve as a subject matter expert bridging product, customer success, and professional services.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting, ideally in digital experience platform
• Deep familiarity with CMS, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience building and scaling technical enablement programs in cross-functional environments

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices
• Serve as company-wide Contentful subject matter expert for internal teams
• Establish scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product and Demo teams to evaluate features and provide feedback
• Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for technical and non-technical audiences
