You'll join the team building the first global cellular broadband network in space, operating 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture complex aerospace components. You'll ensure tight tolerances and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a chance to transition into the high-tech aerospace industry with relocation support to Midland, Texas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace components
• Perform machine setups including tooling and fixtures
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• Diagnose machining issues and optimize processes

📋 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience operating 5-axis CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to independently perform machine setups

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam)
