You will architect and manage the marketing technology ecosystem to scale global go-to-market execution. You'll own lead-to-revenue lifecycle integrity, advanced analytics, and collaborate with sales leadership to deliver integrated customer lifecycle strategies that drive Remote's next growth phase.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Marketing Ops/RevOps with complex projects in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing a team and developing talent
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce architecture and data flow
  • Advanced analytics translating attribution models into leadership recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

  • Own MarTech stack governance: selection, integration, and ROI optimization
  • Design global lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and no-fallthrough architecture
  • Lead planning and prioritization for Marketing Ops balancing urgent needs and long-term scalability
  • Define campaign taxonomy and funnel metrics as source of truth for marketing pipeline contribution
  • Manage and coach a team of specialists, fostering continuous feedback and growth
