You'll lead a team of 6-8 engineers building products that transform how millions of Americans manage their financial lives. You'll set technical direction and create conditions for exceptional engineers to do their best work. This role owns outcomes end-to-end and values craft in both engineering and leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 6-8 engineers building consumer financial products
• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions
• Own shipping outcomes, team growth, and system reliability
• Remove blockers and create leverage for the team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with technical depth
• 2+ years leading engineering teams including hiring and performance development
• Track record of shipping products from ambiguous problems to delivery
• Evidence of developing engineers into senior roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python (Flask), TypeScript, Temporal, PostgreSQL, AWS, or event-driven systems
• Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
