💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, implementation, and go-to-market. You'll own customer relationships during pilot windows and drive pilot scoping and deployment. You'll build repeatable motions that reduce variance across pilots and feed real-world gaps into the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope pilot solutions with Sales for small to mid-market accounts
• Define success metrics and measurable criteria for customer journeys
• Lead cross-functional execution and end-to-end deployment within 90 days
• Track pilot performance and package learnings for handoff to scaling team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Technical fluency to read logs and understand workflow logic
• Experience defining success metrics to drive conversion or renewal

• Healthcare experience in payer or provider settings
• Familiarity with conversational AI or contact-center automation
