💼 About This Role

You'll own, scale, and enhance the Atlassian ecosystem as part of Snowflake's Enterprise Productivity Application team. Your work will directly improve engineering and business workflows across the organization. You'll lead best practices, governance, and continuous platform improvement to enable high-performing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Jira and Confluence: user management, workflows, permissions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using ScriptRunner, Automation, and REST APIs.
• Drive continuous improvement: identify gaps, reduce technical debt, enhance platform.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize JQL queries and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Strong expertise in Jira administration: workflows, schemes, permissions, and advanced JQL.
• Experience with ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, and REST APIs.
• Experience with tool integrations (CI/CD, monitoring, DevOps) and Agile frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Atlassian certifications (ACP-xxx).
• Experience building custom Jira plugins/apps.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture practices.
